I mainly installed Questarr to automate downloads of ROMs for my romm instance. So far, that is the main thing preventing me from using it. |

Well I intend to use Questarr as a Radarr analogue, and in Radarr you can set a "root folder" in the settings. My understanding is Radarr monitors the downloader (e.g. qBittorrent) for the paths of finished downloads (which go in their own folders in /data/downloads/...). Radarr then hardlinks those files into the root folder specified in the Radarr Media Management settings, e.g. /data/movies. The library, for example Jellyfin, monitors that same folder (/data/movies) for populating the library. |

I have Deluge set up to download torrents. Would it be possible to add Deluge as a downloader? |

First off, Questarr v1.3.1 has been absolutely fantastic so far—thank you for all the incredible work on this project! I would love to request a small but high-value quality-of-life feature for the search/interactive search results page. Currently, when the app pulls torrent results from Prowlarr/Torznab indexers, it gives the option to trigger the download magnet directly. Ideally, it would be amazing to have a direct hyperlink on the release name (or a small external link icon) that opens the original indexer/tracker page in a new browser tab. Why this would be incredibly helpful: With PC games and repacks, it is crucial to read the tracker's comment section or user feedback before initiating a massive download. This helps users verify if a release is incomplete, unpolished, has issues with a specific patch, or lacks a proper crack, saving a ton of server bandwidth and avoiding a "clutter mess" of broken installations. Thank you for considering and the amazing work! |

I'm using this as a way to catalog my games (Switch/2) instead of downloading them (so far). So based on that useage, some ideas.
Thanks for the effort of maintaining something like this! |

Hey everyone.
I'm stoked to see the response for Questarr and I went to thank everyone who is contributing by raising issues, on github or on discord.
I try to maintain Questarr as best as possible and I know the recent updates are lacking. Of course I have my real-life, my kids, my job, etc so Questarr doesn't always get the most attention. But the 1.3.0 that will come this weekend will bring with a lot of bug fixes and new quality of life features.
I intend to follow-up pretty quickly with the addition of post processing, being able to import files from the Downloader output to a configured library path, although I must say this isn't my usage at all of Questarr, so I'll need your help on what is needed exactly. For example, it's difficult for me to test that because my downloaders are on a different server than Questarr, so I can't access files easily and therefore it takes more time to get the feature going.
For now, what I want to do is give you a chance to tell me what big feature you think should make the cut after that. What is missing from Questarr? What prevents you from using it today? Let me know your thoughts.
