@alexbooth92 has ported a lot of the necessary infrastructure for numu->numu extrapolation (#72). He has been testing it with Pandora ND files because currently the code can't handle different reco toolkits for near/far. However, this was stymied by some misunderstandings in the Pandora output of the current generation of the CAFs, including neutrino energy estimates being off by a factor of 1000. We could work around these issues with complex Vars, but it's simpler to just wait for a respin of the CAFs since we think these issues have been resolved (DUNE/ND_CAFMaker#110).
