Crash booting TWM++ on 3DS using DSPico Flashcard

Base Console:
New 3DS XL, FW 11.17.0-50, Luma3DS 13.4 EmuNAND

TWiLight Menu++ Version:
v27.24.1 (hotfix)

TWiLight Menu++ UI:
Nintendo DSi (should be)

Expected behavior

Flashcard should start TWM++ as Primary kernel

Actual behavior

While booting, 3DS shows white screens for about 30 sec.
and ends in Guru Meditation Error, data Abort !
This happens when using TWM++ as Primary kernel or
when starting BOOT_ALT.nds in Pico Laucher as secondary kernel (3DS)

TWM++ is loading using BOOT.nds in Pico Launcher without any error (3DS)
Or starting TWM++ directly on a DSi

Steps to reproduce

1. Start TWM++ from Flashcard on 3DS
2. Or start BOOT_ALT.nds with Pico Launcher on 3DS

Notes

The Problem seems to be with the BOOT_ALT.nds
