Chatbot Agent Boilerplate

Full-stack AI chatbot using LangChain and Google Gemini.

Tech Stack

  • Backend: FastAPI, LangChain, Google Gemini
  • Frontend: React Router, TypeScript, TailwindCSS

Quick Start

Backend

cd backend
python -m venv venv
venv\Scripts\activate  # Linux/Mac: source venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
uvicorn app.api.main:app --reload

Frontend

cd frontend
npm install
npm run dev

Environment Variables

Create .env in backend/:

GOOGLE_API_KEY=your_google_api_key
GEMINI_MODEL=gemini-1.5-flash
