Description of the bug

When attempting to open 'info' pages on the various package items {does not matter if in the overall 'items' page or in the pallet : when MOUSE hovers over the 'info' icon (lower right of the item thumbnail) -- BEE flickers -- appears to be running code; annoyingly difficult to {click} to get the info page open.

Expected behavior

In previously used version 4.42 -- the above observation is not an issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. open BEE
2. Hover over ANY 'info' icon at lower right of ANY item thumbnail
3. Observe 'fast-flicker'
4. attempt to open info page ... it's all in timing... if the {click} is coincidental with when the icon appears (during flicker) then the info page opens with success

Forgot to mention: using {right-click} on the item thumbnail does work just fine.
