Right drawer without modality

I'm using both a right and left drawer. When the right drawer opens it prevents interaction and dims the main area. The left drawer doesn't do this.

Is there a way to prevent the right drawer from being modal?

This control was developed by @appleneko2001, so probably my answer would be incorrect, but seems like modality controlled by "drawer expand" option. Seems like driver expand automatically, if certain width threshold is passed. This threshold can be controlled via LeftDrawerExpandThresholdWidth and RightDrawerExpandThresholdWidth. So you probably should set this to zero.

If anybody else needs to do this then doing something like RightDrawerExpandThresholdWidth = IsRightDrawerOpen ? 0 : null; makes it work so it doesn't open automatically. Hard coding it to zero (in the markup) makes it open by default.

You can try setting it to zero and specifying the IsRightDrawerOpen to false. Probably it solves startup problem
