Missing dependencies when loading `thmtools`, `thm-restate`.

When loading the thmtools or thm-restate, TeXML now emits the following errors:

! LaTeX Error: File `thm_autoref.sty' not found: Continuing without it.
! LaTeX Error: File `thm_listof.sty' not found: Continuing without it.
! LaTeX Error: File `thm_amsthm.sty' not found: Continuing without it.

It did not used to do this. Note that in almost all cases this does not cause any error or visual difference, but it's still an error.
