aw-server.exe's disk r+o is unusually high.

• I am on the latest ActivityWatch version.

• I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate.

• OS name and version: Windows 11 Home 25H2
• ActivityWatch version: v0.13.2

Describe the bug

aw-server.exe's disk r+o is unusually high. There is around 10~20MB per second of disk R+O.
It is unclear whether it is related to this phenomenon, but when the PC returns from sleep, a large number of disk IOs also occur.

To Reproduce

I'm using basic setup. I mostly changed event categorization and poll_time of watchers in the hope of improvement.

Expected behavior

I think isk R+O shouldn't be that high.

The latest v0.14.0 beta releases has this fixed. Stable v0.14.0 should be out soon (but I've been delaying it...)
