Video walkthrough for 1.5, AWS Lambda and API Gateway Setup

Since there are audio issues with PowerPoint and my mic setups [1], [2], [3], and I think I've tried with different mics (built-in, external), we may or may not do the voiceovers directly on PPT, but I think this would be a good way to collect the screenshares still.

Aside: I also came across a MongoDB tutorial (Sep 2024) related to this.

Nice! The screenshares look good.

1. Do you think Python 3.13 is going to cause any issues for us?
2. Please make the recorded videos take up the full screen and use PPT sections to add a title/label instead
3. It should be a full walkthrough from the user perspective - if we're going to ask users to grab code from somewhere, let's make sure to show them (i.e., if copy-pasting from the microcourse website, including a recording of that)
4. Please take out the intermediate slides with explainer text and move the text into the speaker notes section. The walkthrough should be only screenshare recordings except for the first (title) and last (AC branding) slides, with few exceptions. A couple reasons to this - self-containment, focus on implementation (step by step walkthrough --> someone who understands none of it could still make the same mouseclicks and get to the end)
5. "if PyMongo is not available..." Why would this be available for some users and not for others? Otherwise, if we know it's not there, why do we say "if"? Let's prepare our own .zip file, upload it to the AC Microcourses website, and then include a direct download link to the latest version of the zip file on the 1.5 tutorial page. Once that's done, we can talk about how the screen share recording for this piece should be handled.
6. Not a huge deal, but increasing zoom ratio (e.g., 125%-150%) can be helpful for these kinds of tutorials. A similar effect can be achieved by making the window smaller and only recording the corresponding portion
7. Add the missing video/continuation between the first and second video (first one being from me)

We might even just ask people to upload a single .zip that includes the lambda function, as one of the simplest ways to get something up and running. On readthedocs, we can point them to relevant documentation if they're interested in doing something custom themselves.

The current progress is waiting for you to review the content, do oral broadcasting (the content that needs to be mentioned for oral broadcasting has a write-up on the last two pages of the corresponding video page). Consider adding appropriate subtitles and how-to tips if necessary.
